Terms and Conditions for Happy Shy People Effective Date: November 11, 2025 Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Happy Shy People mobile application (the "Service") operated by Ilke Karabogali ("us", "we", or "our"). 1. Description of Service Happy Shy People is designed to help shy and introverted individuals improve their social skills through a variety of self-training exercises and educational content. 2. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. 3. Age Requirement You must be at least 17 years old to use this app. 4. Subscription and Fees Happy Shy People is free to download and use under a freemium model. Additional features may be accessed through optional subscriptions. Pricing and details of subscription plans are available within the app. 5. Third-Party Services We may use third-party services such as Amplitude, Posthog, Superwall, and RevenueCat to support and improve our services. These providers may collect and process information as described in their respective privacy policies. 6. User Responsibilities You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. 7. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the app are and will remain the exclusive property of Ilke Karabogali. 8. Termination We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. 9.
